Colour Digital Printing
Our two colour production printers are capable of producing the highest quality colour and mono prints. Our primary machine is the Konica Bizhub 6500e, cabable of printing on digital, litho and recycled stocks, it also benefits from oil free toner and lower fusing temperatures, eliminating curl and creating a "litho like" finish. To complement this printer we also have a Xerox DC250, both are SRA3 machines allowing for any bleed requirements and are particularly suitable for booklets. We can, of course, reproduce most of your work, such as flyers, stationery, brochures, business cards, reports, direct mail, invitations, postcards etc. A wide range of both coated and uncoated substrates are stocked from 80gsm to 350gsm. Please ask for our printed sample swatches.

Photocopying
We have a high speed colour/mono copier suitable for just a single copy or a large run. Copies can be supplied in collated sets and if required, sets can be stapled or hole punched. We also have a comprehensive finishing department offering, booklet making, binding and laminating.

Laminating
We have three laminating machines. A wide format Exelam capable of running low-melt hot encap film in either matt or gloss or cold, pressure sensitive film such as sandgrain finish, ideal for pop-up or roll-up display units. We are also able to use the Exclam for mounting prints onto Foamex and other substrates. We have recently invested in GMP's Surelam Pro, which will run a low-melt OPP film. This is ideal for adding a gloss or matt finish to digitally printed stock and can be cut flush for a professional looking finish. We also have an A3 pouch laminator for short run solutions.

Amongst the most suitable applications are digital proofing, exhibition signs, pop-up stands, roll-up banner units, photographic enlargements as well as large format posters. We stock a variety of substrates such as 240gsm premium semi-gloss, polypropylene tear resistant paper, Opeljet light stop film and backlit film.

A Foldnak bookletmaker for saddle stitching booklets up to A4 size. Renz wir-o-bind system with 2:1 and 3:1 pitch for binding booklets up to 30mm capacity as well as calendar binding. Perfect binding for soft back books up to 40mm thick and case bound hard covers which can be digitally printed for a superb bespoke finish either as a one-off or larger runs.
